How to Order:
After logging in you can view your photos in the album gallery.
Click on the photo to see options available to buy.
Add to basket required quantity, order more photos if required.
Once complete go to the basket and check you have order the correct photos, size and quantity.
Proceed with the checkout process to finalise you order.

Payment Information
Payments are processed through PayPal via service partner Fotografen Online Service GmbH.
You will be transferred to secure pages to finalise payment. You can use PayPal to pay by credit/debit card even if you do not have a PayPal account of you own. (You can check out as a guest).Please note that as items are produced to your specific order, payment will be charged as soon as the order is placed, not at the point of despatch.

Delivery Policy
Whilst we aim to have orders processed and ready within 14-21 days, Please allow a period of 14-28 days for the delivery to Mainland Britain.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as refunds may not be given due to the custom nature of the product. This applies to both printed and digital files. (Where available).
